Return and Warranties Policy

Policy for Return or Refund of Products

All buyers who purchase 7Apricot’s products are entitled to a full return within 15 days of receipt at no cost to them. Buyers can request for a return/refund for the following reasons:

  • Non-receipt - buyers did not receive their order.
  • Damaged item(s) or Others - this includes change of mind and/or item(s) not meeting expectations. For damaged items, buyers can choose specific sub-reasons: scratch/dents, shattered/broken products, spilled liquid/contents.
  • Other types of damages.
  • Missing items(s).
  • Empty/Suspicious Parcel refers to the case where the buyer receives a parcel that either contains nothing or irrelevant item(s) they should have received based on their order.
  • Expired items -this includes cases where delivered item(s) are incomplete, buyer received empty parcel or received item(s) have already expired.

7Apricot offers no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.

All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by 7Apricot.

All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the product.

7Apricot reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.

All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, provided that such refund is processed within 60 days from the time payment was successfully completed.


  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items and personalized items or custom-made items, are exempt from being returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
